1. Hold glass at a 45 degree angle to the tap.
2. Pull handle to the full horizontal position.
3. Fill glass until 3/4 full. (The Pour.)
4. Allow the Guinness to settle completely. (The Cascade.)
6. The head should rise just proud of the rim. (The Presentation....)
Raise, enjoy, and repeat.
